Sun 09/26/21 Trolley Tour 2:15

Sunday September 26

2:00 PM  –  6:30 PM

2021 marks our Historic Beer Barons Tour's tenth year! Spend a relaxing afternoon outdoors in Wildwood Valley Gardens with music, local beer, wine, and refreshments. Enjoy stories of St. Louis' Beer Heritage and brewing memorabilia. Stroll at your leisure through Wildwood Valley Gardens' fall colors or join a tour lead by our Horticulturists.

The final resting places of many of the early St. Louis beer barons such as Uhrig, Lemp, Wainwright, Anheuser, Busch, and Griesedieck can be found at Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum. Their monuments speak of family fortunes won and lost and how legacies intertwined as breweries merged, burned, closed, and re-opened. We have created this event to share their stories and celebrate the new and emerging craft beer movement in our community.

Proceeds from the Beer Barons tour benefit the cemetery's conservation, education, and community programming efforts. Both the Taster and Barons level experience are available in limited quantities. Please place your order as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Wristbands and merchandise for orders placed after 12:00 pm Friday, September 17 will be held at will call.
