Suffragist!

From the St. Louis Union Aid Society created in reaction to Wilson creek (August 1861) to the formation of the Woman's Suffrage Association of Missouri (May 1867), St. Louis women were on the cutting edge of securing the Right to Vote!

BCA's volunteer guides will shed light on their stories during a one-hour walking tour.

  • Suggested donation of $10 per person
  • Wine, beer, soft drinks, and light appetizers will be served.
  • Space is limited to 70 guests and reservations are required.
  • Walking terrain is mild with a mixture of hard and soft surfaces.
  • Please wear appropriate outdoor walking attire.
  • This is a rain or shine event except in the case of severe weather.
