From the St. Louis Union Aid Society created in reaction to Wilson creek (August 1861) to the formation of the Woman;s Suffrage Association of Missouri (May 1867), St. Louis women were on the cutting edge of securing the Right to Vote!

BCA's volunteer guides will shed light on their stories during a one-hour walking tour.

  • $10 per person.
  • Wine, beer, soft drinks, and light appetizers will be served.
  • Space is limited and reservations are required.
  • Walking terrain is mild with a mixture of hard and soft surfaces.
  • Please wear appropriate outdoor walking attire.
  • This is a rain or shine event except in the case of extreme lightning.
